How the £2,500 ninety-day pilot works

The paid pilot is £2,500 one-off, invoiced. It is not a self-serve card checkout on the marketing site. Enterprise and council buyers book a call when a calendar link is configured, or write to Yusuf@yusuf-choudhury.com.

Days 1–30 put one queue on the record. Days 31–60 let a crew close the loop. Days 61–90 are a decide: continue on an annual package, or stop. Stopping is a finished pilot, not a failure of the form.
