1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CityTriage AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. User Data
You retain ownership of data you submit (e.g. reports, photos, location data). You grant us a licence to process, store, and use this data to provide and improve the Service, including AI classification and routing. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
3. API Usage Limits
Use of our APIs and integrations is subject to the rate limits and quotas set in your plan or contract. Excessive or abusive use may result in throttling or suspension. You must not attempt to circumvent limits, scrape data at scale without permission, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We may change limits with reasonable notice where possible.
4. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain and use data as set out in our Privacy Policy and for legitimate business purposes.
